Pumpkin Patch

Happy Birthday Mitch. We carved pumpkin's at Mitch's house. Kavan carved his 1st pumpkin.

We went to the pumpkin patch off of 90th South, Kavan had so much fun. He was running every where saying Pumpkin and that he wanted that one and that one. He picked out his very own pumpkin. YEAH

They had a cute tractor there and Kav kept saying tractor, tractor, he loved it.

We had so much fun. They had huge pumpkin's there to pick from. Carving them will take a few hours.

Finally...

I FINALLY have internet. Goodbye Comcast hello Digis. I am excited to finally have my home internet back. It has been out since Brad's b-day. Comcast gave us the run around saying it worked but it didn't I got fed up. Brad found this company called Digis & you guessed it since I am posted I have my internet back. YEAH!

Great Escape Meme

1. If you could escape to anywhere in the world where would it be? Scotland. There is a show on PBS called Glenbogal and the castle is gorgeous, the landscape is breathe taking, it is peaceful and so relaxing. Ever since the first show I have dreamt of going there.
2. What song do you play when you are by yourself in the car? " I Will" By Shedaisy's, there a Home grown Utah band and I love there music.
3. If you had a night to yourself, and money was no object, what would you do? I would go camping. Sounds corney and lame, but I haven't been camping since before our son was born 2 years ago, I'm due. But I would go camping in other countries.
4. What is your guilty pleasure? Its the old clique, Chocolate. There's nothing like a smooth piece of chocolate. Yum.
5. What is the farthest place you have traveled away from your home? The Bahama's on a cruise with my best friend.
6. Last book that you couldn't put down? The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown, I love reading about Da Vinci, he was an amazing person.
7. When you want to escape into another time, what movie do you watch?Sleeping Beauty, Its classic.
8. What is your favorite local escape? Moab. I love the outdoors and it is very relaxing in Moab with all of the different sites to go see.
9. How do you escape on a budget? Very carefully. We plan & save for it. We stay close just in case something happens.
10.Best food you've ever had while on vacation. Rack of Lamb, while on a cruise. I had never had it before and it was delicious.

Happy Anniversary

Happy 7 Years today. Time goes by so fast. I was trying to find a wedding picture but I can't find the disk.... We got married in the Bountiful Temple, it was a gorgeous day.

Labor Day Weekend

Okay, It has been forever since I posted anything, I know a lot of people like Facebook, but I like to blog so more of my pictures will be here.
Labor Day weekend was packed with tons of fun. Saturday we headed up to Big Cottonwood and hiked around Silver Lake, the ducks LOVED Kav so much that they actually followed him, it was so cute. He had 11 ducks on the path way following him. It was a beautiful day. I LOVE the mountains, it is so peaceful up there. When we left I was looking at the mountains and I looked down and saw a brown blob. I told Brad to turn around, and my eyes were correct, I saw a cow moose. There was no baby calf around so we didn't have to worry about being charged. Brad said that he thinks the moose was about a year maybe 2 years old. She was gorgeous. We BBQ'd that night.
Sunday we were with friends and didn't want to leave, we miss them tons. Lots of yummy food.
Monday we headed up to the Zoo to see Kavan's favorite animal the Giraffe. Dad, Mom and BABY Giraffe are all doing well. The baby giraffe is SO dang cute. I took Kavan up top and when he saw the head of the dad giraffe Kavan's eye's got SO big. He could have stayed there all day, he LOVES the Giraffe's.
Here are some pictures of our weekend, they are backwards, but that's okay. Enjoy!!! Oh, and the very last picture is my little boy in his big boy bed. He loves it. We started on Thursday, so far so good. 1 week down.

I don't have many pictures to post, not a lot of picture taking has been going on. Life this month has been hectic and the month has come to an end. Hopefully September will be less hectic and more relaxing. I have also had bloggers block so I don't really know what to write about either. So I'm done. Hopefully I'll have some pictures to post soon.
